Executive Director
Leah Goss grew up in the east where she and her husband, Tim, raised their four children in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and upstate New York. After moving to Colorado in 1998, she began her career in community colleges at the Colorado Community College System as Executive Assistant to the System President.
As a returning adult student, Leah graduated from Regis University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and an MBA with an emphasis in marketing. She began her fundraising career in 2005 as executive director of the Front Range Community College Foundation in Westminster, Colorado, and went on to lead community college foundations in Louisiana, Texas, and again in Colorado. She has raised millions of dollars for scholarships, capital projects, endowment, planned gifts, and Covid relief.
Leah is passionate about strengthening the nonprofit sector through consulting, coaching, and speaking on nonprofit management, fundraising, and board development.
In the early morning and on weekends, Leah enjoys fitness training, reading nonfiction, playing the piano, cooking new dishes, spending time with family, and watching her grandchildren grow up.
